PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting of the Freehold Borough Joint Land Use Board, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, held on May 13, 2026, the Applicant, Downtown Slime Freehold, LLCS was granted Bulk Variance and Waiver Relief from off street parking requirements to install a creative art studio at the building owned by 32 South Street Realty, LLC located at 36 South Street and designated as Lot 15 in Block 71 on the tax map of Freehold Borough. The property is located in the B-2/FCCRA/HPC zone district.
Please be advised that the resolution of the Joint Land Use Board granting the aforementioned approval was adopted on June 10, 2026 and has been filed with and is available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Officer of the Joint Land Use Board located at the 30 Mechanic Street, Freehold Borough, New Jersey 07728 and is available there for public inspection by appointment, Monday through Friday.
