By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, in cause No. 79D02-2601-MF-000008, wherein NewRez LLC was Plaintiff, and Timothy Riley, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, OneMain Financial Group, LLC, Franciscan Alliance, Inc. dba Franciscan Health Lafayette East and dba SE Sagamor, LVNV Funding, LLC, Kimberly Jo Riley and State of Indiana, Department of Child Services Title IV D were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 5th day of August, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Tippecanoe County, Indiana:

A STRIP OF GROUND FIFTY-NINE (59) FEET IN WIDTH OFF OF THE ENTIRE WEST END OF LOTS NUMBERED FORTY-FIVE (45) AND FORTY-SIX (46) IN PERRIN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAFAYETTE, INDIANA.
SAID ADDITION IS PLATTED UPON PART OF THE SOUTH WEST QUARTER OF SECTION TWENTY-ONE (21) IN TOWNSHIP TWENTY-THREE (23) NORTH, RANGE FOUR (4) WEST.
