Notice is hereby given that on July 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. central time at www.bay.realforeclose.com, Bill Kinsaul, Clerk of Court, Bay County, Florida, will offer for sale the above described WEEKS/UNITS of the real property described below:
A fractional undivided interest as shown above as a tenant in common with the other owners in the Tropical Breeze Resort in Bay County, Florida, as described in the Declaration of Joint Use and Reservation, recorded in the Public Records of Bay County, Florida at Book 901, Page 578 and all exhibits and amendments thereto; and as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 3 South, Range 16 West; thence South 04 degrees 14’52” East, magnetic bearing, 110.3 feet to a point on the South right of way line of U.S. Highway 98-A; thence North 62 degrees 40’ West, magnetic bearing, along said South right of way line, 160 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 62 degrees 40’ West along said South right of way line, 258 feet; thence South 27 degrees 20’ West, magnetic bearing, 214 feet, more or less, to the mean high tide of the Gulf of Mexico; thence Southeasterly along the margin of said Gulf, 258 feet, more or less, to a point which lies, South 27 degrees 20’ West, magnetic bearing, from the Point of Beginning; thence North 27 degrees 20’ East, magnetic bearing to the Point of Beginning (this line runs at right angles to U.S. Highway 98-A and extends from said South right of way line to the mean high tide). Said land lying and being in Section 18 and 19, Township 3 South, Range 16 West with the right to use assigned week/unit with odd/even year/annual usage.
Together with all improvements, easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances pertaining to the Undivided interest, as provided in the Declaration and subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions set forth in said Declaration, and any and all amendments thereto.
The aforesaid sales will be made pursuant to the final judgments of foreclosure as to the above listed counts, respectively, in Civil Action No. 2025-001176CA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 1 year after the sale.
