Zoning Hearing Board Public Hearing.
Notice is hereby given that the Springettsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, July 2, 2026, at the Springettsbury Township Administrative Building, 1501 Mount Zion Road, York, PA 17402 to hear/act upon the following case:
ZHB-2026-0008. The application of David Kessler in reference to the property located at 1818 Ridgewood Rd. Kessler is requesting variances regarding Section 325-134(C & G) to build an accessory structure which exceeds 50% of the primary structure and maximum height. Also, Section 325-116 for an additional driveway. The property is in the R-10 – Medium Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0009. The application of Justin Hoover in reference to the properties located at 116 & 118 Fading Way. Hoover is requesting variances regarding Section 325-141 for the installation of a pool without a primary use and Section 325-121 to install a 6 foot privacy fence along a front yard. The property is in the R-7 – Small Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0010. The application of Shawn Chronister of STSG Digital on behalf of Robert Shaffer in reference to the property located at 3300 E Market St. Chronister is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-107(A) for the installation of an electronic sign that exceeds the size maximum allowed. The property is in the N-C - Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District.
