RFS/RENOVATION OF NORWELL HIGH SCHOOL LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR SERVICES OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES   The Town of Norwell School District (the “Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, § 44A½(c) and as further defined by provisions stated in the RFS to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to and/or renovation of Norwell High School (the “Proposed Project”) located at 18 South Street, Norwell, Massachusetts.   The Town of Norwell School District is requesting the services of an Owner’s Project Manager to represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases of the contract, which may be amended to include continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout of the Proposed Project. The estimated total project costs of an approved Proposed Project may range from $140 million to $200 million depending upon the solution agreed upon by the Owner and the MSBA and ultimately approved by a vote of the MSBA Board of Directors.   A voluntary informational meeting and walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday July 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Norwell High School site located at 18 South Street, Norwell, Massachusetts 02061.   The complete RFS may be obtained on June 17, 2026 electronically by contacting Warren MacCallum, Director of Finance, Operations & Technology: warren.maccallum@norwellschools.org.   Proposals will be received at Norwell Town Hall located at 93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, Massachusetts 02061 until 11:30 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.   All questions regarding this RFS should be directed to Warren MacCallum, Director of Finance, Operations & Technology: warren.maccallum@norwellschools.org.   Questions will be accepted until Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM.   AD#12406571 PL 6/17, 6/24/2026
