Bid documents will be available beginning June 22, 2026, at the Department of Public Works, 50 North Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA 02343, and online at the Town's website. A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 P.M. on July 8, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. A bid deposit of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount is required. Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
