CONDITIONAL USE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(de), CHAPTER 122 (ZONING ORDINANCE) ARTICLE 1, SECTION 122-66 of the MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS, that a public hearing will be held by the Village Plan Commission, in the MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM (Room 2245) located at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road on July 6, 2026 at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of determining the application of DEREK B. MCGREW, CELLUSITE, LLC.
DEREK B. MCGREW, CELLUSITE, LLC has requested the Village grant a Conditional Use Permit allowing the installation of a new wireless communication facility (80’ stealth tower) for AT&T Wireless. The proposed facility would be located N89W16785 Appleton Avenue in the C-2 Community Business Zoning District with the OVC Village Centre Overlay Zoning District.
The subject parcel identified by Tax Key Number 11.229, and legally described as LOT 3 BLOCK 1 VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS ASSESSORS PLAT NO 1 PT SW1/4 SEC 3 T8N R20E :: SUBJECT TO ACCESS EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN DOC# 552672 (VOL 895/310) & DOC# 4216457 & DOC# 4271813 :: DOC# 3560406.
ALL PERSONS INTERESTED MAY BE HEARD AT SAID TIME AND PLACE. Formal petitions and written comments regarding this matter may be submitted at the meeting.
