NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing conducted before it on March 11, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Bridgeton granted a waiver of site plan review and change of use approval in order to allow the undersigned Applicant to establish, operate and maintain a new fast-casual restaurant within the existing commercial building on the property shown as Lot 3 in Block 80 on the City of Bridgeton Tax Map, which property is located at 59-61 E. Commerce Street in the City of Bridgeton, Cumberland County, New Jersey.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said City of Bridgeton Planning Board on June 10, 2026, and is available at the office of the Planning Board Secretary to the Planning Board at Bridgeton Tourist Center, 50 E. Broad Street, corner of Route 49 and Route 77, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
