PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF EDGEWATER ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, C&F Development Associates LLC, owner of property located at 438-440 Undercliff Avenue, Borough of Edgewater, Bergen County, N.J., also known as Block 49, Lot 6 on the Tax Assessment Map (hereafter referred to as the "Property"), has made application to the Edgewater Zoning Board of Adjustment for variance relief to demolish the existing two family dwelling and construct a new two family dwelling.
