NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Neuro-Inclusive Neighborhoods of New Jersey I, LLC has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Middletown so as to obtain preliminary and final major subdivision approval to create nine (9) new lots, seven (7) of which will be building lots for single family homes and two (2) of which will contain critical areas and remain undeveloped (one of the two "undeveloped" properties shall be used for an above-ground infiltration basin). Two (2) of the seven (7) building lots will contain single family homes that will be owned and occupied by six (6) individuals, each of whom have intellectual and developmental disabilities; all for premises located at 911 Middletown-Lincroft Road, also known as Block 990, Lot 57 on the tax map of the Township of Middletown, and located in the R-30 Zone.
No variances have been identified as being necessary with respect to the subject application. However, the Applicant shall seek any and all variances and/or waivers necessary to accommodate the application as filed, or as revised, as may be required by the Planning Board, and/or its professionals, in order to develop this property as stated above and will amend its application on the record accordingly.
A copy of the application has been filed in the office of the Planning Board and application documents will be available online via the Township website at https://www.middletownnj.org/Calendar.aspx and may be inspected by appointment only during regular business hours at Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday evening, the 1st day of July, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room in Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to granting this application.
