REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 3160 BY: Ald. Marshall AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE SUBSECTION 10.41(a)(20) PERTAINING TO STOPPING OR PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN SPECIFIED PLACES. The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION I. Subsection 10.41(a)(20) of the Municipal Code is hereby created to read: * * * (20) From which the operator, occupant, or owner of such vehicle is engaged in vending, peddling, soliciting or otherwise conducting the sale or distribution of goods, wares or merchandise, except as otherwise may be provided. SECTION II. The terms and provisions of this ordinance are severable. Should any term or provision of this ordinance be found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION III. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
