PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all interested persons, the City of Petersburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in the Petersburg Public Library Multipurpose Room, located at 201 W Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, beginning at 6:00 PM to hear the following case: 2025-SUP-04: Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of a request by Sheila and Rashad Coleman, Greater Community Housing LLC, on behalf of Chanelle Welch, Trustee of the Chanelle Welch Living Trust, for a special use permit for multiple-family dwellings as authorized and controlled by the R-5 Multiple Dwelling District Standards at 30 Shore Street, Parcel ID 031310003, in the B-2 General Commercial District.
