ORDER OF NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
The above-entitled matter came before the Court (Van Couyghen, J.) on June 1, 2026, on the motion of Plaintiff the Bank of New York Mellon FKA the Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate holders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-BC1, for Service by Publication.
Following the Court's consideration, it is ORDERED that notice of this suit be given to the Heirs, Devisees and Legal Representatives of Robert J. Gaulin, by publishing
in the Newport Daily News, newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Portsmouth, once per week for two successive weeks, and that the final publication to be at least 20-days before said return day.
To the Heirs, Devisees and Legal Representatives of Robert J. Gaulin: WHEREAS civil action has begun against you in our Superior Court of Newport County by The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate holders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006- BC1, wherein it seeks judgment to foreclose mortgage secured by the real property situated at 29 Warner Avenue, Prudence Island (Portsmouth), RI 02872. We COMMAND YOU ifyou intend to make any defense, that on or before 20 days after the last publication, or within such further time as the law allows, you do cause your written pleading to be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court at Newport in the County of Newport, in said State of Rhode Island, and further that you defend against said suit according to law if you intend any defense, and that you do and receive what the Court shall order and adjudge therein. Hereof fail not, as your peril, or as otherwise said suit may be adjudged
and orders entered in your absence.
