Gaulin, by publishing in the Newport Daily News, newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Portsmouth, once per week for two successive weeks, and that the final publication to be at least 20-days before said return day.  To the Heirs, Devisees and Legal Representatives of Robert J. Gaulin: WHEREAS civil action has begun against you in our Superior Court of Newport County by The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate holders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006- BC1, wherein it seeks judgment to foreclose mortgage secured by the real property situated at 29 Warner Avenue, Prudence Island (Portsmouth), RI 02872.
