TOWN OF EMPIRE FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN   Legal Notice   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 8th at 6:15 at the Town of Empire Town Hall, Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, the Town of Empire Town Board will conduct a public hearing on the petition of Matthew Baumhardt to amend the boundaries of Empire Sanitary District No. 3 of the Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The territory proposed to be added to the sanitary district is described as follows:   Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 8949, recorded as Document No. 1188194, being part of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ and a part of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 17, T. 15 N.-R. 18 E., Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.   The hearing is open to the public and all interested persons are encouraged to attend.
