1. Child, HONESTY AMEZIAH JONES,through undersigned counsel, has filed a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship under Title 8, of the Arizona Revised Statues and Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court.
2. The Court has set an initial hearing on the 27th day or August, 2026, at 11:15 a.m., and a publication hearing on the 27th day of August, 2026 at 11:15 a.m., at the Maricopa County Superior Court, Maricopa County Superior Court, Juvenile Division/Durango Facility, 3131 West Durango, Courtroom 4, Phoenix, Arizona 85009-6292, before the Honorable Justin Beresky for purpose of determining whether any parent or guardian named herein is contesting the allegations in the Petition. 3. You and your child are entitled to have an attorney present at the hearing. You may hire your own attorney or, if you cannot afford an attorney and want to be represented by an attorney, one may be appointed by the Court.
4. You have a right to appear as a party in this proceeding. You are advised that your failure to personally appear in court at the initial hearing, pretrial conference, status conference or termination adjudication, without good cause shown, may result in a finding that you have waived your legal rights and have admitted the allegations in the Petition. In addition, if you fail to appear without good cause, the hearing may go forward in your absence and may result in termination of your parental rights based upon the record and the evidence presented to the Court.
