vs.
ALICIA L. DOTY, a widow; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF ALICIA L. DOTY, IF DECEASED, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 15th day of April, 2026 and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of January, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, above-named, as follows:
Amounts awarded in judgment, accruing interest at rate stated in judgment -- $6,527.63; Pre-judgment interest -- $106.00; 2025 and 2026 assessment -- $960.00; Late charges -- $48.00; Interest accrued on judgment through March 25, 2026 -- $420.10; Supplemental attorney fees and costs pending Court approval -- $2,704.59; Less credits or payments applied -- ($4,824.60); Total judgment balance as of March 25, 2026 -- $5,941.72.
Interest will continue to accrue at the rate of $0.44 per diem from March 26, 2026, plus semi-annual late charges commencing July 2026. Additional assessments will accrue January 1, 2027 in an amount not less than $480.00, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 81, of ARROWHEAD BY THE LAKES, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 271 of Maps, Page31, and Certificate of Correction recorded in Document No 86-052172, of Official Records.
AKA: 19008 North 73rd Lane, Glendale, Arizona 85308.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
