PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (prevailing time) the Planning Board of the Township of Brick will hold a hearing on the application of Steven Smith. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at 250 and 258 Neptune Circle, Brick, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 233.32, Lot 3 and Block 234.31, Lot 11 on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The applicant is seeking Minor Subdivision approval to adjust the lot lines between 250 and 258 Neptune Circle. Variances are required for proposed Lot 3.01, Block 233.32 for minimum lot depth 19.9 ft. where 90 ft. is required which is an existing condition and for proposed Lot 11.01, Block 234.31 for minimum lot area of 8,455 s.f. where 10,000 s.f. is required, for minimum lot width of 86.57 ft. where 90 ft. is required and for front yard setback of 29.3 ft. where 30 ft. is required which is an existing condition.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, Township of Brick, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
