PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of the Township of Howell will hold a public hearing on the application of Bennett Road Associates, LLC. The public hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, Main Meeting Room, 4567 Route 9 North, 2nd floor, Howell, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of the application are located on 210 Bennett Road, Howell, New Jersey. Said premises are known as Block 168 Lot 26 in Howell Township.
The applicant is seeking Amended Use Variance and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan to construct in multiple phases: reconstruction of a 7,500 s.f. portion of the existing building, to construct two 16,000 s.f. flex buildings and a 20,000 s.f. storage and shop building. The property is in the ARE 6 zone and the existing and proposed uses are not permitted in the zone requiring a variance pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(d)(1). Variances are also required for insufficient residential buffer, disturbance within a buffer area and site signage.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection, during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9 North, Howell, NJ. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
