PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 15, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Marlboro will hold a hearing on the application of Lucas Development, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at 207 Commercial Court, Marlboro, New Jersey and in the Industrial Office Research("IOR zone"). Said premises are also known as Block 172, Lot 40.04 on the official tax map of Marlboro Township.
The a pplicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval to construct a 4,795 s.f. addition to the existing building. Variances are required for minimum side yard setback for both the principal and accessory structures and for minimum rear yard setback for the accessory structure. Variances are also required for existing conditions for minimum lot frontage and minimum lot width.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, Township of Marlboro, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
