NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Application of Indigo Belvidere, Inc. (the "Applicant"), on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 the Planning Board for the Town of Belvidere (the "Board") granted the Applicant's request for Minor Site Plan Approval and Change of Use to permit an existing vacant commercial building (formerly Skoogy Do's Pet Grooming) to be used as a licensed Class 5 cannabis dispensary, and also granted the Applicant's request for Bulk Variance Approval from Section 505-97D of the Town Code to permit a roof-mounted sign (together, the "Approval"), located at the 0.817+/- acre property known as 164 Market Street and identified on the Official Tax Maps for the Town of Belvidere as Block 6, Lot 14, within a Business (B) Zoning District (the "Property").
On June 18, 2026 the Board adopted Resolution PBR2026x02 memorializing the Approval granted by the Board.
