PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 14, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Marlboro Township will hold a hearing on the application of Wooleytown Associates, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 4 and 6 Wooleytown Road, Marlboro, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 120, Lot 47 and 48 in Marlboro Township.
The applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision to create 14 lots, 12 affordable lots and 2 stormwater management lots. The applicant has previously received use and density variance approval. The property is split zoned in the RSCS and C-2 zones. Variances for the lots are required for minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage, minimum lot depth, minimum front yard setback, minimum rear yard setback and total lot coverage, all of which are subsumed in the prior variance approval.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use, bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, Township of Marlboro, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
