The applicant was granted previous approval to construct a flex warehouse/office building. The applicant also received approval to use a portion of the building for a recreation use. The applicant now seeks use variance approval to use a portion of the building for a professional automotive customization and appearance service business. Moreover, a use variance is required as the flex warehouse/office and recreation use are not permitted uses in the LC zone. Applicant also seeks variance approval to install multiple digital façade signs on the front of the building. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use, bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
