Public Notice NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF HENDERSON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT Henderson County Water District has filed a revised rate schedule with the Kentucky Public Service Commission in Case No. 2026-00104, and the Commission has issued its order authorizing the rates. The revised rates are reflected in the District’s tariff and will become effective April 30, 2026. The monthly water rates will be as follows: • 5/8 x 3/4-Inch Meter: First 2,000 gallons, $22.33 minimum bill; next 8,000 gallons, $0.00828 per gallon; next 20,000 gallons, $0.00772 per gallon; over 30,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. • 1-Inch Meter: First 5,000 gallons, $47.18 minimum bill; next 5,000 gallons, $0.00828 per gallon; next 20,000 gallons, $0.00772 per gallon; over 30,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. • 2-Inch Meter: First 16,000 gallons, $134.90 minimum bill; next 14,000 gallons, $0.00772 per gallon; over 30,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. • 3-Inch Meter: First 30,000 gallons, $242.94 minimum bill; over 30,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. • 4-Inch Meter: First 50,000 gallons, $385.92 minimum bill; over 50,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. • 6-Inch Meter: First 100,000 gallons, $743.37 minimum bill; over 100,000 gallons, $0.00715 per gallon. Copies of the tariff and the Commission’s order are available for public inspection at the District office during normal business hours. This notice will be published once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the District’s service area.
