NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 013253, of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VINCENT O’DONELL, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COSTA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PATRICIA ANDERSON; are Defendants.

Sadoff will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, FL 32796 on August 5, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 131, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/24 SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COSTA DEL SOL, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2212, PAGES 137 THROUGH 222, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
