By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Morgan Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D02-2511-MF-002817 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Joseph R. Couture was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27 day of July, 2026, at the hour of 2:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
A certain tract or parcel of land in Martinsville, Morgan County, State of IN, being more particularly described as follows: The following de-scribed real estate in Morgan County in the State of Indiana, to wit: Lot numbered thirteen (13) in Walter E. Nutter's first addition, an addition to the City of Martinsville, as per Plat thereof, recorded in deed record 50, page 2, in the Off-ice of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.
