By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Morgan Circuit Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55C01-2602-MF-000288 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Janet C. Walker was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
