By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOTS 11 AND 12 OF BLOCK 2 OF THE TOWN OF GREENWOOD, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 13, PAGE 46 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON AND A 2012 LEGACY HOUSING, LH326032B, 60 X 32 BEARING SERIAL NUMBER LH12TX6430A/B. SAID UNIT ATTACHED TO THE LAND IN A PERMANENT MANNER SO AS TO BE RENDERED AN IMMOVABLE FIXTURE AND AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
