FRANK RODRIGUEZ, and INVESTORS REALTY CHRIS G ALEVRAS ,ASSIGNEE are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN and bearing Docket # F-005463-26 within Thirty-five (35) days after the date of this publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint (and amended complaint, if any). You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 24 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated September 3, 1996, made by FRANK RODRIQUEZ, A SINGLE PERSON, as Mortgagor(s), to NORWEST MORTGAGE, INC. recorded on September 16, 1996, in Book 4582, Page 732, and (2) to recover possession of the concerned situated in the City of Camden, commonly known as: Lot 15 Block 694 f/k/a Lot 15 Block 2020

You, Mrs. Frank Rodriguez, his wife, are made a party Defendant to this foreclosure action because you may have an interest in the subject property by reason of a lien, encumbrance, or otherwise which may be perfected against the property being foreclosed and for any right, title, claim or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
