NOTICE OF DECISION BY THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of June 2026, the Township of Stafford Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") approved Resolution of Memorialization; App.#: Z26-01: Christopher Durbin; Block 147.57, Lot 40 on the Tax Map of the Township of Stafford, located at 12 Lynn Ann Lane. The Board approved the Applicant's request for bulk variances for an outdoor shower in the side yard of the property. Under Section 211-24.1 (c)(6) of the Stafford Township Zoning Ordinance, outdoor showers are only permitted in the rear yard of properties located in the RR-2A Residential Zone. The subject lot has an extensive side yard where the shower is proposed, and any rear yard location has practical difficulties. A public hearing was held on May 13, 2026.
