CITY OF NEW BRUNSWICK PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 11, 2026, the City of New Brunswick Planning Board granted to SAM ALGAR, preliminary and final major site plan approval, a variance for maximum impervious coverage, a variance for the required number of parking spaces, sign variances and the continuation of an existing non-conforming condition related to minimum side yard setback, subject to conditions; in order to convert the existing funeral home structure into a sit-down restaurant with outdoor seating, covering property located at188 Easton Avenue, and designated as Lot 4.01 in Block 67 on the City of New Brunswick Tax Map, which approval was memorialized by a written Resolution adopted on June 8, 2026. The Resolution is on file at the office of the Zoning Board Clerk, 25 Kirkpatrick Street, New Brunswick, NJ, and is available for inspection during the Clerk's normal business hours.
