June 15, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-1171 -CA in the Circuit Court of the 14th Judicial
Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein SINGLETON HARBOR ESTATES
TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JOHN B
STANBURY, deceased, through Personal Representative, Mark D. Dreyer, is Defendant, Bill

Commence at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 18, Block 12, Callaway Plat, as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Bay County, Florida; thence S43035'23"E along the Easterly line of Lot 18 for 220 feet to the Southerly R/W line of a proposed 40 foot road; thence S77024'37"W along said WW line 103.07 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said R/W line 31.33 feet; thence S43035'23"E 167 feet, more or less, to the water's edge of Callaway Bayou; thence Northeasterly along said waters edge to a point S43035'23"E of the Point of Beginning; thence N43035'23"W 165 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. In accordance with Fla. Stat. 45.031 (3), the successful high bidder, if other than the Plaintiff, shall post with the Clerk a deposit equal to five (5) percent of the final bid in cash or cashier's check. The balance must be paid to the Clerk by I lam the following business day otherwise the Clerk shall re-advertise the sale and pay all costs of the sale from the deposit. Any remaining funds shall be applied to the judgment.
