Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter electronically with the results made available on PennBid. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Lebanon County Municipal Building, Room 210, 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting, which shall count as the required site visit. Prospective Bidders who do not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting are required to visit the site on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
