PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY OF BEAVER/ BEAVER COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience for Professional Legal Services. The Beaver County Office on Aging is seeking one or more legal service providers to deliver legal services pursuant to the Older Americans Act, 42 U.S.C. && 3001-3058 in part with Title III-B federal grants to eligible individuals age 60 and over residing in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The work involved is described in the Request for Proposal. Requests for Proposals can be obtained by calling the Beaver County Office on Aging’s contract department at 724-847-2262. The contact person is Angela Gentile, Administrative Officer. Client referrals will be made by the Beaver County Office on Aging who will provide pre-authorization of a specific service. Compensation for professional legal services rendered will be reimbursed at fixed rates listed in the Request for Proposal. Proposals will be accepted by mail or delivered in person on or before Friday, July 31, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. at the Beaver County Office on Aging, 1020 8th Ave., Beaver Falls, PA 15010, Human Services Building (1st Floor).
