INVITATION FOR BIDS   The Housing Authority of the City of Coleman, Texas (hereinafter called the "PHA") will receive sealed bids for a single construction contract for the HVAC replacement project including demolition and all work specified and/or shown on the drawings until:   Bids are to be delivered or mailed to the Housing Authority:   THURSDAY, JULY 23rd, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLEMAN 605 W. 2nd COLEMAN, TEXAS 76834   All bidders will be invited to attend via tele-conference. Bid results will be announced at the tele-conference and via email.   Digital Copies of the contract documents may be on file at plan rooms in various cities of the state and may be obtained upon request to the Architect at candicep@qarch.com, (817) 546-6309 and unless otherwise specified, will be emailed in digital format and at no cost.
