PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hopkinton Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. to hear all persons interested in the Uniform Application for Special Permit/Petition for Variance filed by F&S Realty LLC, 33 Winston Road, Holliston, MA. The Petitioner seeks variances from the lot frontage requirements in the Zoning Bylaws to construct a new single home at 0 West Main Street (Lot 1), Hopkinton, MA by allowing access to the property across other than its legal frontage via a reserved common driveway easement from School Street. The property is shown on Assessors Map R28-54-1. The hearing will be held remotely using the Zoom meeting service.
