PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the Construction Stormwater General Permit from the NPDES General Permit Program, this is to notify the public that the project site owner listed below is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the following: The project site is located at 5320 E. Southport Road, approximately 0.30 miles east of the intersection of Emerson Road and Southport Road, in Indianapolis, IN. The project, LivSmart Indianapolis, involves the construction of a new hotel, parking, and stormwater infrastructure. A storm sewer network will collect the stormwater runoff, and water quality requirements will be met via the existing wet detention pond. The runoff will ultimately be discharged to Little Buck Creek. Construction is anticipated to commence in Summer 2026.
