Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Winchendon Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Winchendon Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 6:05 pm to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Glen Fox for proposed work within the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 26 Lakeview,Assessor's Map M7, Parcel 41. The proposed work includes spreading washed sand along the shoreline, replace rotted retaining wall and stairs, installation of a pergola.
