sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov and to be sold subject to the mortgage $93,889.53 of Bank of America, N.A. shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Bank of America, N.A.
