To Defendants, JOSEPH TESSIER, SHARON TESSIER, SOLAR MOSAIC LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 8, 2026, in Case No.: 31-2025-CA-000400 in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida, in which SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH TESSIER, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Indian River County:
