NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 3, 2026 in Case No. 352025CA000915
AXXX01, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein REEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and LAWRENCE ADELSON, MA-RINA CYNTHIA RAGOO, and THE SANCTUARY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LAKE COUNTY, INC. are Defendants, the Office of Gary L. Cooner, Lake County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 W Main St., Tavares, FL, in the Jury Assembly Room located on the first floor, east wing, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
