LEGAL NOTICE The Fairview Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the request of Brian and Sarah Kaveney, owner of the property parcel (21) 29-16.00-49.02, located at 810 Pasadena Drive Erie, PA 16505. The applicant is requesting a front yard variance that will allow them to construct a front covered porch. The hearing will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Fairview Township Municipal Building, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA 16415. Anyone interested with an opinion either for or against this request may be heard.
