BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 3/18/26, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 7/29/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground designated as lot two (2), block eleven (11), phase one (1), Westgate Subdivision, located in Section 102, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, more particularly designated on plan of survey by Milford & Associates, Inc., dated April 3, 1992, recorded under entry number 906583, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which said Lot 2, Block 11, Phase 1, measuring a front of seventy (70') feet along the northern side of Springfield Drive, by depth of one hundred twenty-six and 73/100 (126.73') feet on its eastern lot line and one hundred twenty-eight and 62/100 (128.62') feet on its western lot line and a rear width of seventy and 03/100 (70.03') feet on its northern lot line, bounded north by Lot 19, Hollywood Industrial Subdivision, south by Springfield Drive, west by Lot 3, Block 11, Phase 1 and east by Lot 1, Block 11, Phase 1; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
