BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 5/14/26, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 7/29/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
The west one-half (W ½) of lot three (3) of the subdivision of a portion of property of Augustin Rodrigue, located in Section 86, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as shown on a map of said subdivision made by Edward C. McGee, Jr., C.E., dated June 1, 1966, a copy of said map being on file and of record in the office of the clerk of court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, under entry no. 300374; said west one-half (W ½) of lot three (3) of said subdivision measuring 116.51 feet front on the parish road as shown on said map, by depth on its westerly line of 586.27 feet, and on its easterly line to the rear of said lot three (3) a distance of 582 feet, more or less, and having a width on its rear or northerly line of 110.55 feet, and being bounded as follows: On the west by Lot 2 of said subdivision of Augustin Rodrigue; on the North by property of Southdown, Inc.; on the east by the east one-half (E ½) of said lot three (3) of the subdivision of Augustin Rodridge; and on the south by the said parish road; together with all buildings and improvements thereon all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

A certain tract of land in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Terrebonne, within the points A-B-C-D-A on a map entitled "Shift of lot lines between west ½ of Lot 3 and east ½ of Lot 2 subdivision of a portion of property of Augustin Rodrigue located in Section 86, T15S-R16E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Prosper J. Toups, III, Land Surveyor, dated May 14, 2014, said map being recorded in COB 2378, at folio 483, records of Terrebonne Parish, said tract containing 0.552 acres and being more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point marked by an iron pipe located a distance of 377.27 feet N07° 59'05"W from the intersection of the property line separating the east ½ of Lot 2 and west ½ of Lot 3 of the subdivision of a portion of property of Augustin Rodrigue and the northerly right-of-way line of Isle of Cuba Road, said point designated as Point A, thence run N07°59'05"W a distance of 209.00 feet to Point B; thence run N70°14'00"E a distance of 110.55 feet to Point C; thence run S08°30'27"E a distance of 230.58 feet to Point D; thence run S81°29'35"W a distance of 110.33 feet back to Point A, the point of beginning, said tract is bound as follows: On the north by Southdown, Inc. or assigns, on the west by E ½ of Lot 2 of subdivision of a portion of property of Augustin Rodrigue, on the east by east ½ of Lot 3 of said subdivision, and on the south by the remaining portion of west ½ of Lot 3 of said subdivision, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $89512.89, along
