BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF FI FA emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 5/6/26, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 7/29/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground, more particularly shown and designated as Lot 18 of Block 5 on a plan entitled "Plat showing Eureka Heights, a subdivision of a portion of the property belonging to the Eureka Heights Land and Development, Inc., located in Section 6, T16S, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by T. Baker Smith and Son, Inc., under date of April 7, 1969, recorded in COB 525, folio 541, under entry no. 410846, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, said lot measuring a front of 65' feet on the northerly side of Gaidry Drive, by a depth of 123' feet between equal and parallel lines, and measuring 65' feet across the rear, and being bounded as follows: Front or southerly by Gaidry Drive, easterly by Lot 19 of Block 5, westerly by Lot 17 of Block 5, rear or northerly by Lot 9, all in Eureka Heights, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
