PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Holmdel will hold a public hearing on the application of Tranquil Inspirations, Inc. The public hearing will be held at the Court Room at Town Hall, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 24 Schanck Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733. Said premises are also known as Block 17, Lot 3 in Holmdel, New Jersey and located within the R-40B Zoning District,
The applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan with Use and Bulk Variance approval to convert the residential dwelling into private learning center that provides outdoor education and workshop, which are not permitted uses. A use variance under NJSA 40:55D-70d(1) is required for the proposed use and for multiple principal uses on the property in with R-40B Zone.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of the Zoning/Planning Board, Holmdel Township, Town Hall, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733 and are available for public inspection, during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
