PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Planning Board of the Township of Howell will hold a public hearing on the application of Kmetz, Inc. The total s.f. will now be 10,505 s.f. The applicant proposes to install a 38 ft. high flag pole, and an 8 ft. high privacy fence along the front property line. A variance is required to locate the flag pole 29 ft. from the front property line where 38 ft. is required. The proposed use is for a contractor business, which is a conditional use in the HD-4 zone. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
