PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
On Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bridgeton Municipal Police and Court Complex located at 330 Fayette Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey, the following application is scheduled to be heard.
Cumberland Dairy, LLC has submitted an application to the City of Bridgeton Planning Board for the purpose of obtaining Amended Final Major Site Plan approval for enlargement of an employee parking lot on Edward Avenue in the City of Bridgeton. The property involves Block 9, Lot 1.01 and Block 11, Lot 12.02. This property has been the subject of prior Planning Board approvals in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and is part of a phased redevelopment of the Bridgeton Cumberland Dairy complex.
The applicant is requesting, in addition to amended final major site plan approval, any additional waivers, variances or other approvals (including those for pre-existing conditions) which may be deemed necessary by the Board or its staff.
Copies of the Application documents are on file for public inspection at the Office of the Planning Board Secretary, 50 East Broad Street, Bridgeton, N.J.
