Said lot includes all of the lot number 9 on a certain plat of Belmont subdivision which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 18-G, page 248. Said lot is more fully shown on a plat prepared by the M.W. Hall Company, dated February 16, 1956 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 23J, page 101.
