TO BE HELD ON THE 1ST TUESDAY OF AUGUST, 2026, TO WIT: August 4, 2026, on the steps of the Richmond County Courthouse, 735 James Brown Boulevard, Augusta, GA 30901, at 10:00 a.m., during the legal hours of sale, at public out-cry for cash to the high bidder or bidders the following property:
TO WIT:
All that parcel of land with improvements thereon, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin located on the West side of Ivey Road 2378.9 feet South of the Southwest intersection of Ivey Road and Bungalow Road, thence extending in a Southerly direction along the West side of Ivey Road to front on said Ivey Road 104.7 feet thence extending back between parallel lines on its Southern boundary line a distance of 144 feet and on its Northern boundary line a distance of 1/5 feet to a rear with of 100 feet. Said lot includes all of the lot number 9 on a certain plat of Belmont subdivision which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 18-G, page 248. Said lot is more fully shown on a plat prepared by the M.W. Hall Company, dated February 16, 1956 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 23J, page 101. Reference is made to said plats for a more accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of the lot herewith conveyed.
Levied upon as the property of Robert Neal Collins in order to satisfy the Writ of Fieri Facias issued from Richmond County Superior Court in favor of Rhonda Garner in that certain case styled as Rhonda Garner v. Robert Collins and Jill Stewart as defendants in case no. 2023RCCV00423.
