Motion at 6:45 p.m. by Mr. Leigh to convene into executive session, seconded by Ms. Carr, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy related to a DPI Boundary Appeal.
