NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on July 9, 2026 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Jeffrey & Nicole Cohen (Owners) of premises located at 9 Cy Court, Pleasantville, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 106.8-3-18.
The application is for a proposed 6-foot fence in the side/rear yard of an existing single-family dwelling on a legal standard parcel (0.47 Acres) in the R-20 Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
